Rebecca Mcdermott is a Music Composer and Producer from Halifax, West Yorkshire who has worked in the Music Industry since 2020. Rebecca has been writing music since she first learnt to play piano and guitar when she was 9 and hasn’t stopped since.
Rebecca - better known as Bex - graduated with a 2.1 in BA Popular Music and Music Technology from the University of Huddersfield in 2018. In 2019, Bex continued to further her education and went on to complete a Masters in Music Production graduating in 2022 and along the way developed a passion for Production Music.
Bex has many credits across different UK channels including Channel 4, Channel 5, BBC, ITV and many more! She is currently working with a multitude of libraries such as The Nerve, Little Wren Music and The Music Supervisors on continuous new projects.
